Is Feeder safe? Yes. Feeder uses Stripe’s secure payment system and fraud‑prevention tools. Stripe never shares card details with Feeder or sellers.

Feeders Costs

What does Feeder cost to use? Feeder is free for sellers. Sellers keep 100% of the price they set.

on Feeder the Buyers pay a small 2.5% processing fee. This helps cover secure payments, hosting, support, marketing and the tools that keep Feeder running.

Example: A $300 bale has a $7.50 buyer fee.

How much does Stripe charge?

Stripe’s standard Australian fee is:

1.75% + $0.30 for domestic cards 1.0% + $0.30 for bank transfer +1% for international cards

This fee is taken automatically by Stripe before the seller receives their payout.

Can I edit or remove my listing? Yes. You can edit or remove your listing at any time from your Feeder dashboard.

How do disputes or issues get handled? Buyers and sellers should first try to resolve the issue directly. If support is needed.

Does Feeder act as a broker or agent?

No. Feeder does not negotiate on behalf of sellers, set prices, take possession of goods or guarantee delivery.
